Patricia House

Patricia house opened in 2007 as five bedded transition service and over the years we have transitioned a number of people into supported living and/or longer term placements.

We support adults with learning disabilities, have an autism spectrum disorder or complex needs with five large comfortable single rooms, all of which are on suite wet rooms.

We are staffed at Patricia House 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with fully trained and qualified staff that have additional on call facilities to access advice or support. The service is managed by a CQC Registered Manager, a Deputy Manager, 3 Senior Support Workers and a team of Support Workers all dedicated in providing a person centered led service enabling services users to transition to supported living services.

Patricia house is a large detached property which benefits from off road parking at the front of the house and a large garden at the rear. The property has a large dining/ living room area, separate laundry room, kitchen and office.

Patricia House is close to local bus routes, with good links to leisure, shopping and education facilities. There is also use of a vehicle which service users can use as a transport method. Solihull town centre is close by and easily accessible.
