Highfield House

Highfield House is a residential care home, situated on a main road with easy access to public transport. It is QC registered to provide support for up to 7 young adults who have learning disabilities, have an autism spectrum disorder and challenging behaviors.

Highfield house is a large detached property which benefits from off road parking at the front of the house and a large garden at the rear. The property has separate dining and living room areas, with a separate laundry room and kitchen. There are 7 large comfortable single rooms, all of which are on suite rooms.

Highfield House has support staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, who are fully trained and qualified staff. The service is managed by a CQC Registered Manager, a Deputy Manager, 2 Senior Support Workers and a team of Support Workers all dedicated in providing a person centered led service enabling services to meet their aspirations at a pace suitable to them.

There are good links to local leisure, shopping and education facilities. Individuals are supported to take part in a range of activities in the home and in the community which are organised in line with people’s preferences.

Walsall town centre is close by and easily accessible.

An on call facility is provided for advice and support outside of office hours.
