Cole Bank Road

Colebank was opened in 2011, providing a person centred led residential service. We are located in the quiet suburb of Hall Green with good public transport links to access leisure, shopping and education facilities.

We are staffed at Colebank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with fully trained and qualified staff that have additional on call facilities to access advice or support.

The service is managed by a CQC Registered Manager, a Deputy Manager, 3 Senior Support Workers and a team of Support Workers all dedicated in providing a person centred led services enabling services for seven adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum, physically disabled and complex needs.

Colebank is a warm and welcoming home with bright and open accommodation with spacious communal and private areas, with a large well managed private garden.

There are seven spacious ensuite bedrooms, plus the benefits of a large bathroom with a large bath, toilet and a downstairs communal toilet.

The service users who come to live in Colebank are treated equally with respect and dignity.

Service users are supported with their day to day needs and assisted to achieve goals set by themselves and their key workers in a time frame to suit the individual.
